In 1990s,the composite panels of explosion began to be widely used in the petrochemical industry,and monopolized in the pressure vessel industry.Nearly a decade,with the continuous improvement of the domestic rolling mill equipment level and automatic control level,and continuous improvment and development of vacuum blank and rolling process,rolling composite panels have made great progress in terms of bonding strength,bonding rate,material uniformity,etc.At the beginning of 2016,our company successfully delivered A516Gr70-410 composite panel for Ningbo Sinopec Russian gas project,it's performance was significantly higher than the composite panels of explosion.Therefore,Ningbo Sinopec,Shanghai Special Equipment Testing Institute and our company jointly set up a project,which was concerned with the application of rolled composite panels in pressure vessels.In this paper,the research topic was rolling Q345R-316L composite board.The quality of the trial product was excellent,passed the quality inspection and performance test,and received the capacity of the certification committee.This article mainly made crystalline corrosion sensitivity experiment of 316L stainless steel material,deformation resistance test at high temperature of 316L stainless steel and Q345R,thermal expansion coefficient test of Q345R and 316L.These experiments provide theoretical basis for the development of composite plate production process.In this paper,the factors influencing the bonding strength of the composite plate are analyzed,to develop the process of production of composite panels,production process quality control projects,heating,rolling and heat treatment process system,and organize trial production,based on analytical results and material properties test results.Two thickness specification of the trial producting Q345R-316L composite board have been tested by the inspection machine,the micro structure,the interface inclusion an d mechanical property have been analysed,results shows that,the composite plate has goo d effect,the detection of defects meet RI requirements,the sheer strength is stably higher than NB/T47002 standard,there are no cracks and delamination in 180 degrees internal an d external bending;Thickness distribution of stainless steel layer is uniform,and thickness tolerance can be controlled at ± 0.25mm;Grass-roots and complex mechanical properties are excellent,and meet the requirements of their respective standards;Multiple layer 316L has good corrosion resistance.Two kinds of welding tests(angle and docking)were carried out for(13+3)mm thick Q345R-316L composite board in this paper.Their organization was analyzed by measuring the chemical composition of the joint and observing the micro structure of the welded joint.After testing,the hardness of the welded joints,tensile bending performance and impact performance can meet the standard requirements.
