The drawing and grinding machine is used to remove steel pipe of internal burr equipment in the production line. The quality of the products and precision are affected seriously by steel pipe inner burrs. The inner burrs lead to the various ills and the side effects such as the subsequent process of steel tube, testing, assembly, using performance and working life. So it's necessary to research and implementation the drawing and grinding machine with easy operation, good performance and high precision.This thesis through the analysis of the equipment operation state, and combined with the actual production conditions, the electrical control system of drawing and grinding machine is researched and implemented from the following aspects:Based on the requirement analysis of electrical control of drawing and grinding machine, the network configuration and the hardware of control system in detail are designed and implemented. The hardware system includes the selection analysis of PLC and expansion module, frequency inverter, human-computer interface and so on, as well as electrical schematic diagram of the detailed design.With in-depth analysis of drawing machine mechanical structure, process flow and the system's hardware and according to drawing machine appeared jitter phenomenon in the process of pulling out, designed a closed-loop control system, and established mathematical model of drawing force each control link, and transfer function of each control link of drawing machine control system derived from the specific parameters.The software of drawing machine and grinding machine are designed by S7-200 Ladder programming language. This thesis designs the program of each part of control system adopts modular programmable structure, it includes the procedure of initialization, manual control, automatic control, drawing force control and alarm control and so on. Realizes between the Siemens S7-200 PLC and inverter communication by adopts USS agreement and makes use of PID instructions to realize drawing force PID control in the PLC, besides, the human-computer interface of System are designed by uses WinCC flexible 2008 configuration software.The electrical control system of drawing and grinding machine were installed and tested. Through the debugging and running of control system verified that production requirements of the enterprise can be satisfied, besides, this control system eliminated jitter phenomenon in the process of pulling out and improve the control precision of the system.
