Research On Changes Of Industryial Sector And Influencing Factors Of Carbon Emission In Hebei Province

In recent years,with the economic development of Hebei Province,its coal-based energy consumption structure has not been effectively improved,from Hebei Province itself,the lack of internal consumer demand for economic development and industrial restructuring and upgrading,Industrial structure and carbon intensity is still unreasonable,leading to increasingly serious environmental conditions.Therefore,this paper analyzes the carbon emission characteristics of Hebei Province and the change of industrial sector of carbon emission,and accurately measures the influence degree of carbon emission factors in Hebei Province from 2007 to 2012.To find out the impact of the larger industrial sectors carbon emissions in Hebei Province,to distinguish the positive impact and negative impact,targeted to reduce carbon emissions in Hebei Province countermeasures.First of all,the article analyzes the development status of carbon emissions in Hebei Province in the past 15 years.The results show that the main source of carbon emissions in Hebei Province is coal-based energy consumption structure,which is the highest Characteristics of High Carbon Sequestration in Provincial Economic Development.Hebei Province,economic growth is mainly dependent on energy consumption,a greater impact on carbon emissions,which has a negative impact on energy conservation in Hebei Province.Secondly,based on the data of input-output table,this paper uses the input-output technology to calculate the carbon emission and carbon intensity of 41 industrial sectors in Hebei Province,and analyzes the industrial sectors that have a greater impact on carbon emissions in Hebei Province.The effects of the carbon intensity,the final use structure,the direct consumption coefficient and the change of the total output structure on the carbon emission intensity in Hebei Province were analyzed by multi-factor and multi-order influence analysis.The results show that the carbon industry in Hebei Province,a greater impact on the industrial sector with ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing industry,power and heat production and supply industry.Industrial sector advances in technology has become a key factor in the decline in carbon intensity in Hebei Province,and industrial structure and the use of the structure(demand structure)changes in the largestresistance to reduce emissions,in addition to industrial sector productivity improvement in Hebei Province in the development of low Carbon economy and the promotion of economic growth.Finally,according to the empirical results,this paper further puts forward the countermeasures and suggestions to reduce carbon emissions in Hebei Province.The proposal is mainly from the energy consumption structure,low carbon industry system and demand consumption in three aspects,Hebei Province should actively introduce advanced technology to improve energy efficiency.We will encourage the development of high-tech industries and build a low-carbon industrial system on the basis of restricting the production and supply of ferrous metals,such as ferrous metal smelting and rolling processing and electric power.Advocate green and reasonable consumption patterns,and promote economic development of low-carbon.
