In recent years, China's metallurgical industry leap-type development, the state has a higher demand for energy use and environmental protection. The industrial sintering furnace plays a very important role in the material processing, which is devoted to the research of high performance industrial sintering furnace control system, and the factors that affect the performance of the industrial sintering furnace are the design of the temperature field of the sintering furnace and the control of the furnace temperatures. Therefore, this topic mainly from three aspects to do further elaboration.First of all, this paper begins with the research of temperature field. This paper introduces the structure of sintering furnace with graphite as heating body and the way of heat transfer in heating process, uses the idea of finite element analysis, establishes three-dimensional physical model of reheating furnace by Ansys, simulates temperature field, and analyzes the thickness of heating body by simulation results. The influence of resistivity and heating power parameters on temperature change in reheating furnace is obtained, the curve of heating workpiece temperature varies with time, the temperature field distribution cloud is simulated, and the design and manufacture of temperature field in industrial heating process has a good guiding function.Secondly, the temperature control system of industrial sintering furnace based on programmable controller is designed. Because of the hysteresis of temperature control, this part adopts PID parameter self-tuning control strategy as the temperature control system of core algorithm. The control system is divided into two parts of the lower machine and the upper computer, the lower machine chooses Siemens programmable controller as the main controller,the hardware configuration and control algorithm of the system software are designed, and the three-phase power regulator is used as the power adjusting unit. The temperature error is controlled Control within one degrees Celsius, the host computer uses the Kingview development environment, completes the Man-machine interaction interface design, realizes the state monitoring and control operation, and the temperature control process curve setting function, completes the video surveillance and the data record by the industrial control integrated machine as the display, The whole system runs reliably and achieves the control performance index.Finally, in order to improve the cost-performance of the control system, the temperature control of the embedded design research. The micro-controller LPC1788 with arm Cortex-M3 architecture is used as the main control unit, the design of hardware and software is completed,the task scheduling mechanism based on embedded ?C/os-? system, the construction of the embedded development environment and the bottom drive are completed. Supporting the use of LCD touch screen as a man-machine interface, successfully transplanted ?C/ Gui graphics user development software, complete the rich man-machine interaction function. A temperature control system based on embedded sintering furnace is designed to achieve the desired effect.
