Warehouse management system has won widespread recognition for its convenient,automatic and efficient advantages, and widely used in picking in the super market, logistics transportation, parking, and other fields, at the same time, the theory and technology of the mature continuously extension and penetration in other areas. The research and development of screen automatically save/take system is a new attempt.To overcome the problem of wear and tear of artificial save/take screen.To the present situation of printing and dyeing, regards an enterprise as the research, carried out the theory research and technology development in automatically save/take screen. Designed and developed a intelligent prototype system which can completed screen automatically save/take.The main work and research results are as follows:First: According on practicerequest,in a large number of reading the relevant literature and through several of the printing and dyeing enterprises on the basis of research, extract its unique module,completed the overall design of the overall management of the screen management system,completed the hardware design and software platform of system.Second: The machine adopts programmable controller (PLC), based on the PC information,through PLC to comtrol operation system work,complete sceen automatic save/take.Third: Use RFID to identify sceen information, through RFID reader complete information reading of labels, to provide reliable demand information for PC.Forth: Developed a sceen management system based on VB6.0, Rely on the backend database information support of the access 2010, can be intuitive get the current sceen information on the system, real-time monitoring system.Fifth: Complete the installation and alignment for the self-developed prototype system,carried out application experimental analysis, achieve the reserve function of the system.
