The coal is still the main energy in our country. How to minimize the accident rate still causes widespread attention. Detonator and explosive material still play an important role in the production of coal mine. However, the current security material management is given priority to experience management and personnel management. The lack of an effective modern management tools may cause great potential safety hazard. This paper studied the material management model based on RFID technology and analyzed the key technologies of that model. In order to solve the problem of material management confusion, a material management system for the coal mine was designed, which can reduce the coal mine accident efficiently. The overall framework of the system was designed based on the practical application. The hardware and software of the system was designed. As the label cards is battery-powered, which means the energy of the label card is limited, an energy-saving switch circuit was designed. The introduction of the switching circuit can effectively reduce energy and improve the efficiency of the system. At the same time, based on the existing Wi Fi network, a Wi Fi communication circuit in the reader was designed. The data collected by the label was transmitted by the Wi Fi network to the control center on the ground. The wireless application solved the problem of wiring and made the reader into a portable, mobile monitoring equipment. The number of safety supplies are numerous in the coal mine. The collision between the label cards can lost data, which may cause the security risks. In order to solve the problem, based on the original FSA algorithm, an anti-collision algorithm was put forward. In the anti-collision algorithm, the idea of multi-channel and pseudo-random sequence theory were introduced. The simulation results show that the collision rate of the new algorithm is low and the throughput rate of the new algorithm is high between 30 cards and 90 cards. At last, two systems with different algorithms were tested. The results show that the system with the optimal anti-collision algorithm can reduce efficiently the phenomenon that data isn’t read.
