At present,the domestic WEDM production equipment is still relatively old CNC system and using the traditional mode of production and processing methods,these problems led to the industry a low degree of automation,resulting in low productivity and waste of production resources.In order to improve the efficiency of WEDM industry,make full use of production resources,the need for a new CNC system to optimize the processing technology to improve system stability,and can join the field bus technology,the processing status fruit feedback to the manager,thus Able to dynamically schedule the production plan,to achieve real-time monitoring,scientific production purposes.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)According to the needs of the system,to build a remote monitoring computer-PC-lower computer three control system,the three systems to function,respectively,to complete the corresponding function,and co-operation.(2)According to the design goal of the lower computer system,the requirements analysis is carried out,and the hardware platform of the lower computer control system is set up.The voltage acquisition system suitable for the system is designed and implemented,and the digital PID control algorithm is used to control the feed rate.Control system design goals.(3)The hardware platform of the host computer control system is set up and the host computer software system is realized.The real-time linux real-time patch xenomai is installed on the host computer,and the open source numerical control platform LinuxCNC is installed,and the interface module,the PID operation module and the serial communication module And other functional modules of the development and implementation.(4)The host computer and the remote monitoring computer system adopt the mechanism of profinet industrial Ethernet network communication.The upper computer and the lower computer adopt the mechanism of serial communication,and the communication system between the upper computer and the lower computer is designed and realized.Between the three co-operation,to build the entire network system.Finally,through the field processing experiments,testing and example processing results show that the design is feasible..
