Among a broad variety of photochromic compounds,spirooxazines have received considerable research and attention because of their fast response speed,good thermal stability and fatigue resistant.Fluorescent and photochromic compounds can be integrated to prepare photochromic-fluorescent materials,and the emission signature could be modulated by the election and energy transfer.The special property makes them have high potential application in rewritable optical information storage and molecular switch.In this paper,photochromic fluorescent compounds were prepared by photochromic molecular spirooxazine and fluorescent molecules with aggregation-induced emission(AIE).The specific contents are as follows:1.Design and synthesis photochromic molecule spirooxazine derivative and AIE molecule tetraphenylethylene derivative which can be monomers of polymerization,and smooth,uniform photochromic fluorescence nanoparticles with narrow particle size distribution were prepared via semi-continuous emulsion polymerization.The fluorescence quenching rate of the polymer can be effectively adjusted by adjusting the polymerization ratio of the photochromic unit and the fluorescent unit.2.The AIE molecule based on tetraphenylethylene with pyran was designed and synthesized.The photochromic fluorescent polymers were successfully prepared and the prepared polymers exhibit excellent photochromic properties,fluorescence control performance and AIE performance.They may have great potential application value in the field of cell imaging,biological probes.3.Three carbazole fluorescent molecules with AIE properties for polymerization were designed and synthesized.And a series of photochromic fluorescent polymers were prepared by using these three fluorescent molecules as fluorescent units respectively.Their photochromism properties,fluorescence control performance and AIE performance were studied.
