No rail ladle vehicle used in smelting enterprise(blast furnace--Converter/electric furnace)and realized high temperature molten iron by road transport,which is the main equipment of the steel making production line.Firstly,This paper analyse every department function of the 380 T full hydraulic no rail ladle vehicle control system and divide the intelligent control system into three parts for research:hydraulic control system,human computer interaction system,weighing system.This paper discuss power control of hydraulic driver system and engine control,and emphasis research of hydraulic suspension lifting control system in intelligent hydraulic control system.According to the requirement of high precision and fast response of hydraulic lift control system,research using fuzzy self-tuning PID controller in this paper and carry out the corresponding simulation.It is proved that the fuzzy PID control has a significant improvement on the dynamic performance compared with the classical PID control.In the human-vehicle interaction system,a kind of research which can realize the interactive communication,fault diagnosis and data transmission between vehicle equipment based on CAN bus.Focus on research the frame structure of CAN bus and CGM display CAN controller’s transceiver and mechanism based on PROSYSD1131,Finally through the CG-Designer design the ladle vehicle interactive windows,Achieving human-computer interaction,improving the level of intelligent vehicle greatly.In the weighing system research a new method for weight,the method by measuring the pressure and crank angle of the hydraulic suspension system and taking sample by MCU corresponding arithmetic operations and error handling measures realize weighing function for the no rail ladle vehicle.In order to observe the weighing data,this paper designs the hardware circuit of the four bit digital display.The weighing method’s precision can be controlled within 1%FS after checking the function,which can meet the needs of the process,greatly cut down the capital investment of the weighing system,and simplify the process also reduce the difficulty of operation and maintenance.
