Bisphenol A(BPA)is a typical endocrine disrupting chemical(EDC)which commonly exist in all kinds of environmental media worldwide.Low does exposure of BPA may cause huge demage to human health and ecosystem.Due to the complexity of environmental samples and the trace presence of BPA.Therefore,It is necessary to establish a simple, convenient and fast pretreatment method for BPA,combing with modern efficient detection technology, which can realize the detection of BPA in complex samples. In this paper,we reported an effective method for the preparation of molecularly imprinted polymers(MIPs)with bisphenol A(BPA)as template molecule.A novel stir bar sorptive extraction(SBSE)coating was prepared based on MIPs by glass filling with magnetic core as substrate through sol-gel.The optimum ratio of raw materials in the preparation process was determined. The structure and morphology of MIPs were characterized by FT-IR and SEM.Moreover, the synthesis principle of MIPs is analyzed.Parameters that influenced the extraction efficiency such as extraction time, desorption solvent and desorption time were optimized.Under the optimal conditions, the theoretical maximum adsorption capacity of BPA is 35.19?mol/g.In order to evaluate the usability of the MIPs-coating,the effects of several disruptors on the adsorption system of BPA were investigated in the presence of natural organic matter, anion and three kinds of phenolic substances. The methodology by combining BPA-MIPs-SBSE with high performance liquid chromatography(HPLC)detection for the determination of BPA in four kinds of actual water samples was debeloped. The results show that under the optimum extraction conditions, the MIPs-coated stir bar showed better extraction capacity and good selectivity than that of non-imprinted polymers(NIPs)coated stir bar to BPA.the MIPs-coated stir bars could be used at least 5 times without reduce of extraction ability. The linear range was 500~2000?g/L for BPA.The detection limit was 80?g/L.The recoveries of the spiked water samples were within the range of 71%~93%,the RSDs were within 4.5%~8.7%.The developed method is simple, selective, sensitive and applicable for the analysis of trace BPA in complicated water samples.
