This paper research on the graphene pre-dispersion process,its main contents include the original graphene's process of pickling and solvent,dispersant and concentration,ultrasonic time,the air pressure of spray deposition of GNPs/Mg unit.And the influence of those on the morphology of the graphene.The study found that after pickling the graphene present more homogeneous dispersion,and the thick graphite groups in the original graphite were separated and dispersed homogeneously.The chosen solvent is a mixture of acetone and alcohol,and the dispersants,which are selected by the PVP solution of 0.1 mg/ml,have the best dispersion effect.The ultrasonic time was used in 120 mins,and the graphene was obtained with the best dispersion,with keeping the unbroken structure.The pressure of the spray deposition at 0.3 MPa was the most homogeneous and the structure was not destroyed.After the best graphene dispersion process,spray gun spray deposited graphene dispersions to 50 x 50 to obtain the GNPs/Mg unit.Then The influence of sintering temperature and sintering time on the combination of composite materials was analyzed,the results show that for 6 h 620 ? thermal sintering process can be combined with good composite material between the layers is prepared.And then analyzed the rolling deformation on the microstructure and mechanical properties of composite materials,we found that when the rolling deformation of 90%,the composite material has the best mechanical properties.In the end,we use the above preparation technology to obtain a composites whose mechanical performance is better than that of magnesium matrix composites,graphene enhancement phase content of 1% of the composite material has the highest tensile strength and elastic modulus,up to 177 MPa and 48 GPa,and its yield strength is 130 MPa,its tensile strength co MPared to the pure magnesium material of 137 MPa increased by 29.4%,but its ductility decreased to 2.69% and the extension of pure magnesium is 5.56%;At the same time we also preparation of graphene to enhance phase content of 0.33% of the composite material,its tensile strength was increased to 163 MPa,while ductility is 5.59% and pure magnesium laminated material is almost equal.Which is added to the graphene in the composite materials in the process of hot pressing and rolling deformation embedded in composite material matrix,the embedded in the matrix of graphene layers have the effect of the connection of layers,to make separation between layers,first graphene,which has a super mechanical properties,should be snap or pull out,this kind of embedded graphene,when snap or pull out,share a lot of load,which enhance the mechanical properties of the composite material.
