For a long time,the high intensity production and the integration of resources have caused the mine ventilation range more and more,the ventilation route is increasing gradually,and most of the mine has formed the form of distance ventilation.The ventilation problem has become the main factor restricting the production.The gas explosion and dust explosion caused by the defects of the ventilation system have not only caused serious casualties and huge economic losses to the mine,but also destroyed the image of the enterprise and brought bad social influence.Therefore,strengthening the research of ventilation system optimization and establishing a scientific management system will play a significant role in ensuring the safe production of mines and promoting the efficiency of enterprises.In this paper,the research on the optimization of mine ventilation system is carried out by means of theoretical analysis,field measurement,calculation simulation,engineering design and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation.The main contents and conclusions are as follows:(1)The paper reviewed and analyzed systematically the main literature and related research results about mine ventilation optimization and management technology,and carried out the optimization theory research of mine ventilation system.The influencing factors of safety and stability of long distance mine ventilation system were analyzed,which laied the foundation for the optimization transformation and visualization management of mine ventilation system.(2)The ventilation system of Xin'an mine was tested and analyzed.Through the calculation and analysis of the ventilation system resistance,the air volume and the performance of the main fan,the factors that restrict the difficulty of the ventilation were as follows:the mine was a long distance reentrant mode of ventilation,the structure of the ventilation network was not reasonable,the resistance of the ventilation system was large and the North and South fan was disturbed by each other.(3)With the 3D simulation system as the platform,the 3D simulation ventilation system model of mine was constructed.Based on the above ventilation optimization research,combined with the planning of mine exploitation and roadway layout,we proposed four optimization programs of mine ventilation.The fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method and ventilation system simulation demonstration method were combined to evaluate the optimization schemes.Finally,it was determined that the program 4 is the best.(4)In view of long mine ventilation lines,resistance information was difficult to detect and manage.,the monitoring system was combined with the simulation system.By identifying the "key resistance information visualization route",the data in the monitoring system database was merged into the simulation system.Then we can set up the ID number of the measuring point,and achieve the one-to-one correspondence between the graphic object and the database of the simulation system.In this way,a set of scientific and intelligent visualization management system of resistance information was established,and finally,real-time visualization display of ventilation resistance information was achieved.
