With the improvement of garment production automation and the requirements of market for the rapid production capacity of clothing,in addition to the conventional fabric measurement,garment detection has caused widespread concern in textile industry.At present,there are many methods of garment inspection,such as image stitching based on the image processing,and the visual inspection procedure of the visual control system,which shows the importance of the garment inspection.The smart hanger proposed in this thesis aims to make the clothing jacket in the case of hanger,extending the clothing to the required state,preparing for the follow-up clothing defect detection.This thesis is based on the clothing and the appropriate degree of smart hanger as the standard of detection,and the clothing appropriate can be regarded as comfort.When clothing appropriate comes to a certain extent,people will feel comfortable.The main research work is as follows:Firstly,the background of the flexible pressure sensor is introduced,and the sensor array which is made of the flexible pressure sensor is used for the main module of the pressure detection.In this thesis,air bag is attached to pressure sensor.This thesis presents a mathematical model and control method of smart hanger by adding adaptive fuzzy algorithm.In the traditional method,air pressure parameters were used as control feedback.And this method is difficult to form a great control effect in the complex environment,but it could directly detect the target after adding flexible pressure sensor.Flexible sensor arrays were attached to the hanger;the data detected shows appropriate degree between cloths and hanger,and it’s a important standard for garment inspection.The adaptive fuzzy control algorithm is used to control the whole process.Through the simulation and experimental result,verified the effectiveness of the fuzzy control method and adaptive dynamic model compared with conventional PID controller.Secondly,this thesis simply introduced the pressure sensor array that combined with air bag on smart hanger,which scatterd in multiple parts of the smart hanger.Each part has an independent detection capability.Most projects are design problems with multiple objectives,design work need to maximize or minimize these goals,and to satisfy the constraints.In general,the system is designed the performance related goal is internal conflict,the intelligent clothes hanger also exist such problems,so adding multi-objective optimization algorithm to the various parts of the target in order to achieve the optimal value.Finally,making a summary of the text that as the first step in defect detection,smart hanger need to detect and expand various part on hanger,and formate a closed loop that pressure feedback to the servo motor control system.
