Synthesis And Structures Of Molybdenum(Tungsten) Cluster Compounds And Thiobarbituric Acid Derivatives | Posted on:2018-03-19 | Degree:Master | Type:Thesis | Country:China | Candidate:M S Zhou | Full Text:PDF | GTID:2321330533955404 | Subject:Chemical Engineering | Abstract/Summary: | PDF Full Text Request | Pyridine-2-thionate(py2t H),2-thiobarbituric acid(H2TBA)and 1,3-diethyl-2-thiobarbituric acid(HDETBA)are nitrogenous heterocyclic compounds which have strong coordination abilities.Some studies indicate that pyridine-2-thionate,2-thiobarbituric acid and 2-thiobarbituric acid derivatives having O,S,N atoms are multi-dentate ligands which display a variety of features like biological activities,chemical,optical characteristics and the diversity of structure.So the research of them has been greatly increased.In this dissertation.Used as organic ligands,py2 t H was assembled with [NH4]2[MOn S4-n](M1=W,n1=0;M2=Mo,n2=2)and transition metal Cu X(X1=I,X2=Cl)through liquid phase diffusion method and solid phase method to obtain cluster(Bu4N)3[WS4Cu3I4](1)and coordination compound [Cu6(C5H4NS)6](2).Used as organic ligands,H2 TBA and HDETBA were assembled with rare earth metal ions through diffusion method getting three coordination polymers: {[La(H2TBA)4(DMF)4·S][La(H2TBAS-SH2TBA)2(DMF)4]}n(3),{[Er(HDETBA)3(DMF)3(CH3OH)(H2O)]·2DMF}n(4),[Ho(HDETBA)3(DMF)3(CH3OH)(H2O)]n(5),and the structure were systematically studied by infrared spectrum analysis,elemental analysis and X-ray single crystal diffraction test methods.The results show that cluster 1 features cubic-like polymer constructed from one anion [WS4Cu3I4]3-and three cations [Bu4N]+.Coordina-tion compound 2 consists of six copper atoms and six pyridine-2-thionate ligands to form a distorted octahedral configurations.Complex 3 is composed by two different units,and two units were linked by hydrogen bond causing a 3D network structure of complex 3.Coordination polymers 4 and 5 are one-dimensional chain structures. | Keywords/Search Tags: | thiobarbituric acid derivatives, molybdenum(tungsten) sulfur cluster, synthesis, crystal structure | PDF Full Text Request | Related items |
