Heat treatment is a kind of metal material process for heating,insulation and cooling,it can make the Grain structure inside the metal material changes to improve the performance of the metal material in some aspects.it is extremely important part of the processing of metal materials.The key parameters in the heat treatment process are heating temperature,heating time,etc.,which directly affect the quality of the product.With the development of computer network technology and intelligent instrument,Distributed Control System has been widely used.In the actual production,it is very important to research a distribute control software to monitor and control all the control units scattered in the Workshop scene for improving the product quality.It is also important to record and store the heat treatment process information to provide the basis for product quality tracking.According to the requirement of distributed control of different type electric heating furnace in the heat treatment plant,the paper sets up a distributed control network for the intelligent temperature control meter through RS485 serial communication method,and compiles the software of distributed-control and datamanagement based on the object-oriented programming method with Microsoft Visual Studio 2010 programing language in the host computer.The main works and results are as follows:(1)Taking the temperature controller,the heat treatment furnace and the process card as the programming objects,the paper abstracts class attributes,methods,events,and derives subclasses according to the different characteristics of each instrument.The paper designs idea clearly and the software is well structured which is convenient to add different types of temperature control instrument;(2)The paper designs multi-threaded operating mechanism and put different physical serial port into their own operating threads to improve the real-time performance of reading the instrument parameters;(3)Non-professional users can change the numbers of the heat treatment furnace and temperature control instrument easily within the program framework by using the extensible markup language(XML)file format to design the parameters of the configuration file independenting outside of the program;(4)The softwre uses XML file format to storage data for data management.The deviation value is set in the range of recording the temperature accuracy,and the data in the range is not repeated,which greatly reduces the capacity of the record file;(5)The preparation of data management software of SQL database language,has the history of data query,display and other functions;based on EXCEL to achieve data report printing,users can design their own report format templates,easy to use.The distributed control software has been successfully applied to the heat treatment workshop of a factory,which provides a powerful guarantee for the information processing,standardization management and product quality control.
