Avermectin is a widely used natural insecticide with high efficiency and low toxicity.Chlorantraniliprole is a new insecticide inspired by natural products.It has become a hot topic of pesticide industry after discovered for its novel structure and new mechanism of action.In this thesis,novel avermectin and chlorantraniliprole derivatives were designed and synthesized according to analog synthesis and sub-structure.All of synthesized compounds were evaluated for their insecticidal activities against Spodoptera litura and Ostrinia nubilalis.My thesis consists of the following contents:Part I: We summarized detailedly the research of avermectin and chlorantraniliprole.Part II: Design,synthesis and insecticidal activity studies of novel avermectin B1 a derivatives containing silicon elements.A large number of studies have shown that silicone surfactants help to improve the role of pesticides.Therefore,we try to use chemical methods to introduce silicon-containing functional groups into avermectin in order to improve the role of it.In this experiment,we selected the avermectin as the parent compound.Firstly we successfully introduced the amino and methylamino group into C-4?? position of avermectin.Then two series of derivatives containing bioactive active substructures were designed and synthesized after reaction with different chlorosilanes.All of synthesized compounds were evaluated for their insecticidal activities against Spodoptera litura.Part III: Design,synthesis and insecticidal activity studies of novel chlorantraniliprole derivatives I.In recent years,halogen elements are widely used in modern pesticides and have become an indispensable part of chemical pesticides.Based on the chlorantraniliprole,in this experiment,we try to have structural modification through total synthesis.A series of novel chlorantraniliprole derivatives were designed and synthesized after introduced the cyano group into 3-position of pyrazole and introduced the halogen elements into 4-position of pyrazole.All of synthesized compounds were evaluated for their insecticidal activities against Spodoptera litura and Ostrinia nubilalis.The experimental results provide a basis for further derivatization of chlorantraniliprole.Part IV: Design,synthesis and insecticidal activity studies of novel chlorantraniliprole derivatives II.In recent years,fluorine-substituted agrochemicals has made considerable progress and has attracted the attention of pesticide workers.Based on the chlorantraniliprole,in this experiment,we try to have structural modification through total synthesis.A series of novel chlorantraniliprole derivatives were designed and synthesized after introduced the trifluoromethyl group into 3-position of pyrazole and introduced the nitro-substituted phenyl into 1-position of pyrazole.All of synthesized compounds are evaluated for their insecticidal activities against Mythimna separata.
