Chlorantraniliprole is a kind of pesticides whose mechanism is unique,because of its broad spectrum,high efficiency,low toxicity of the biological activity,it become a hot spot of research in recent years.Its structure is as follow:This paper do some research on the development of synthesis pesticides.Through comparison of every route of chlorantraniliprole,as well as a lot of laboratory work,this paper confirm the best technological conditions.It is made from the initial raw materials of 2,3-two chlorine pyridine and 2-amino-3-methyl-5-chlorine benzene formic acid,then go through with chemical reaction of cyclization,bromination,saponification,acylation,amidation before getting the target product.finally the overall yield is 58.4%.According to the new pesticide initiative principle,this paper design and synthesis of two kinds of new pyridyl pyrazole amide compounds,which have not been seen on the reports.Their structure is summarized as followsThe structures of the new compounds are confirmed by NMR,IR and EA.Biological activity test shows that some compounds have excellent insecticidal activity.
