With the popularity of cars, more and more people come to care about vehicles, such as the safety and comfort property, and the property of the car depends largely on the quality of the tire, the tire vulcanization process is an important part in tire production, so by raising the tire vulcanization level to improve the quality of the tire is of great significance, by improving the tire mold structure make the cavity temperature field distribution more uniform.By improving the wear plate, arched bridge and container steam jacket structure is feasible.Based on the radial oblique plane tire mold as the research object, selecting tire mold model related to tire of 9.00R20,10.00R20,11.00R20,12.00R20, through computer numerical simulation method of the finite element analysis of temperature field of tire mold, first using UG three-dimensional modeling software with AutoCAD design the 3D model, then using finite element analysis software for tire mold heat transfer analysis.Research shows that the change of wear plate or arched bridge structure will make the temperature field of the pattern blocks, upper and lower sides changes, besides, container steam jacket structure will affect the temperature field of actuator ring, after the comparative analysis of all data, selected option with a rectangular wear plate modified trapezoidal wear plate for the optimal solution, because this solution make pattern block closer to an isothermal body, besides the temperature distribution of upper and lower sides is more homogeneous, improved the sulfide effect and improve the tire performance.Application of computational fluid dynamics, inflating steam inflows into container steam jacket to research heat transfer, through the improvement of container steam jacket structure put forward two feasible schemes, the analysis results of the two schemes on the original model of comparative analysis, found that improving the container steam jacket structure reserves a more uniform temperature distribution, gets the effect of energy saving and optimization of assembly process.
