In this paper,POE/CNTs composites with excellent performance,good thermal conductivity and good electrical conductivity were prepared by mechanical blending.The effects of mixing temperature and vulcanizing agent,curing agent and coupling agent on the structure and properties of POE/CNTs were studied respectively.On the basis of this,the CNTs/carbon black and CNTs/graphene in POE modification were studied.In the case of other conditions keep unchanged,the effects of mixing temperature,BIPB dosage,TAIC dosage and POE-g-MAH dosage on the performance of the composites were investigated.The results show that with the increase of the mixing temperature,the performance of the composites increased first and then decreased.With the increase of the amount of BIPB,the performance of the composites decreased.With the increase of TAIC and POE-g-MAH,the performance of the composites first increased and then decreased.Therefore,the mixing temperature is 100 ?,BIPB,TAIC and POE-g-MAH dosage is 2/4/10 of the system when we got the best performance.After the basic formula was determined,the CNTs/carbon black system was studied.Firstly,the amount of carbon black was investigated.It was found that with the increase of the amount of carbon black,the performance of the composites increased first and then decreased,and the thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity were improved.When the amount of carbon black is 40 phr,the system had excellent overall performance.Scanning electron microscopy and carbon black disperser also showed that when the amount of carbon black was too much,there would be reunion.After,CNTs/carbon black system was studied,the amount of carbon black was 40 phr,the amount of CNTs was changed.The results show that with the increase of the amount of CNTs,the performance of the system increased first and then decreased,and the conductivity and thermal conductivity of the CNTs/carbon black system were improved.When the ratio of CNTs/carbon black was4/40,the system overall performance was the best.Scanning electron microscopy indicated that the addition of carbon black contributed to the dispersion of CNTs.Based on the study of CNTs/carbon black,CNTs/graphene was further studied.Firstly,the amount of CNTs was investigated.It was found that with the increase ofthe amount of CNTs,the performance of the composites increased first and then decreased,and the thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity were improved.CNTs dosage was in 5 phr,the comprehensive performance of the composites was the best.Scanning electron microscopy showed that when the amount of CNTs was too much,there would be reunion.On the basis of CNTs,the CNTs/graphene composites was studied,the amount of CNTs was 5 phr,and the amount of graphene was changed.The results showed that with the increase of the amount of graphene,the performance of the composites increased,and the thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity were improved.Scanning electron microscopy showed that the addition of graphene increased the dispersibility of both.
