With the introduction of the international tire labeling act and China's "Green Tire Technology Specification",the performance of tire should be more and more strict and explict.Curently,the digital simulation technology is becoming an indispensable means of solving engineering problems,In order to improve the capability of independent innovation of China's tire enterprises,enhance the comprehensive competitiveness,promote the tire design method to upgrade,and improve the performance of domestic tire,it must strengthen the research on the structure design of the tire and the method of finite element simulation application.The main research work of this paper is as follows:1.Based on the uniaxial tensile test and wire break test,geting the material parameters,fitting the rubber constitutive models.The tread vulcanizate uniaxial tensile test was carried out to obtain the stress strain curve;Mooney-Rivin model,Neo-Hookean model and Yeoh model were selected to fit the experimental data,and the results show that the Yeoh model is the closest to the experimental curve,a typical S type rubber stress-strain curve;Uniaxial tensile tests for all rubber materials and tensile rupture test for the steel wire materials were carried out to get the material parameters of ABAQUS finite element simulation.2.To geting a high wear resistance,TBR requires a large driving surface width,a large ground area,and a small height of the crown arc,however the low heat production performance need the opposite structural requirements,therefor,while increasing the width of the driving surface,the crown height is increased.In order to balance the load of tire load on the shoulder and the circle of the tire,this paper analyzes and discusses the position of the horizontal axis of the cross section.3.Making the ABAQUS finite element simulation analysis and structural optimization of tire 305/75R24.5 under inflation and load condition.Using Fortran language program to automatically deal with the ABAQUS results file.Based on the analysis results,making the mechanical analysis and structural optimization of tire.4.Based on the design,a qualified test tire is made,which can be used to measure the cross section,the outer diameter,the static load,the print,the strength and the durability;The consistency between the experimental results and ABAQUS finite element simulation results shows the reliability of the finite element simulation,and the experimental results also show that the design of the tire 305/75R24.5 meeting relevant requirements,and have a excellent strength properties.This paper designed TBR 305/75R24.5,carrying on the stress simulation of tire inflation and load conditions;In the trial practice unit,making tire experiment to analysis the performance of the structure.The purpose of this paper is to provide the basis for the improvement of the structure of the tubeless tire in the future,and also to provide reference for the application of the finite element simulation analysis of tire in the development and design of the tire structure.
