Chlorinated polyethylene rubber(CM)is a kind of special rubber material with excellent properties,such as heat resistance property,oil resistance property,fire resistance property,ozone aging resistance property,it was widely used as the material of cable,waterproofing materials,molding product,sealing strips,flame retardant rubber products and rubber hoses.Trans-1,4-polyisoprene(TPI)has special molecular structure characteristics.When it blended with other common rubber in proper proportion,it can has effectively improved the dynamic performance of blend rubber and the wear resistance of rubber,reduced heat production,so it was widely used in the tire industry.This paper mainly studied the two phase compatibility of CM/TPI blend,the selection of vulcanizing system,dynamic performance and mechanical properties of the rubber,and so on.The research has shown that the residual crystallinity of blends increased with the dosage of TPI.The glass transition temperature of two phase tended to their glass transition temperature of theirs homo-polymer.It showed that two phase was split phase structure on the microscopic and homogeneous structure on the macroscopic.By transmission electron microscopy(TEM),when the blending ratio of CM/TPI blends was 80/20,blending system was the single phase continuous structure,which TPI phase was the dispersed phase and CM phase was the continuous phase.When the blending ratio was 60/40,blending system was two-way continuous structure.When the blending ratio was 50/50,the blending system occurred the phase reversal,which the CM was the dispersed phase and TPI was continuous phase.When the TPI dosage of was 20,material mechanical properties of the blends was the best.Due to the different molecular structure of rubber,the vulcanization system CM/TPI was different.By studying the performance influence of different vulcanization system,we can choosed suitable vulcanization system of CM/TPI blends.It Mainly studied the four kinds of curing system on the CM/TPI blend rubber,including oxide vulcanization system(DCP,BIBP),thiourea vulcanization system(NA-22),amine vulcanization system(PDM),thiadiazine curing system(ECHO.A).Besides,it also studied the property influence of CM/TPI blend with the different dosage of DCP,the property influence of CM/TPI blend with the different dosage of PDM.This paper also studied the amount of carbon black and carbon black brand influenced on the properties of materials.The research showed that when the dosage of the carbon black in 30 to 40,carbon black dispersed evenly,carbon black reinforcing effect was best,the blends got the best performance.In addition,it studied the carbon black grades effected material mechanics performance.It showed that the best reinforcing effect of carbon black brand was N330 carbon black witch had small particle size,high degree of structure,large specific surface area.
