Coal Mine Safety Culture Evaluation Method Research Based On The Safety Cognitive

Safety culture is an important part of the development of enterprise production and operation,which is an important guarantee for the enterprise safety production.In recent years,the enterprise safety culture of coal mine has gradually become a hot spot,but according to the occurrence of coal mine accidents in recent years and the survey results that its safety culture construction is not satisfactory.Safety culture "landing difficult"problem has always been widespread.Through the analysis,the reasons of the enterprise safety culture "landing difficult" are as follows:First,more emphasis on the concept of safety and cultural construction that proposed,did not thoroughly thorough to fully implement.The leadership put forward some slogan of the safety culture construction,but not from the staff point of view to a very good implementation,resulting in employees did not feel the effectiveness of corporate safety culture.This will affect the staff how to feel and access the outside world information;Second,although the enterprise has been engaged in the construction of safety culture,but because of the lack of a system of theoretical guidance system,failing to form an effective measurement indicators.On the basis of the reason of safety culture "landing difficulty",the employee safety perception is put forward.The research on safety perception of domestic scholars mainly focuses on tourists,customers and so on.Therefore,this paper will start from the safety perception of employees in coal mine enterprises and learn the safety culture of coal mine enterprises by reference to perceptual theory.Firstly,based on the research of scholars in the past,it clarifies the necessity of studying the enterprise safety culture from the point of view of safety perception,and constructs the relationship model between employee safety perception,employee safety behavior and enterprise safety culture by drawing on the theory of perception and feeling;Among them,employee safety perception includes two dimensions:organizational environment and personal condition.Employee safety behavior includes two dimensions of security behavior intention and security behavior.The safety culture includes three dimensions:safety performance,coal mine million tons mortality rate and employee's emphasis on safety culture.The design of the questionnaire also departs from each dimension of every aspect.The construction of the model has laid a solid foundation for the follow-up research,which can guide the research on the safety culture of coal mine enterprises.On the basis of the model,the enterprise safety culture evaluation index system is constructed based on employee safety perception.Including the organizational environment,personal status,individual behavior of employees,safety concept culture etc.four indicators.Such as working environment,working atmosphere,culture environment,lev-el education,safety consciousness,emotion management,behavior,system implementation,s-afety value,14 secondary indicators.In the selection of research methods,this paper selects the structural equation model suitable for multivariate analysis.Based on the study of domestic and international survey scale,a questionnaire survey is prepared around the already constructed evaluation index system,finally establishing 18 research questions.The SPSS statistical software was used to analyze the validity and reliability of the questionnaire and the results show that the reliability and validity of the questionnaire are acceptable.The model is verified,and the path coefficient diagram between reasonable safety perception and enterprise safety culture is finally determined,validating the previously proposed assumptions.Finally,according to the questionnaire scores and the path coefficient,assess the safety and cultural level of the investigated coal mine.The results show that the safety and cultural status of the mine has yet to be improved.
