The coal mine safety monitoring system plays an important role in the monitoring,identification,early warning and hidden trouble detection of coal mine disaster accidents,and improves the level of coal mine management.Due to the lack of reliable perceived interaction means in the existing coal mine safety monitoring system,underground staff can not obtain the safety information of the surrounding environment in real time and can not achieve the goal of active perception of environmental safety.Therefore,with the mine safety helmet as the carrier,this paper designs the underground safety monitoring mobile terminal that follows the miners,which is of great significance to improve the current situation of coal mine safety monitoring and improve the level of coal mine safety production.This paper analyzes the current situation of coal mine safety monitoring system research,in view of some shortcomings in the safety monitoring of coal mine in China,based on the actual operating environment and system needs of coal mine underground,determines the use of wireless and wired fusion of data transmission methods and RSSI-based personnel positioning methods.On the basis of analyzing the coal mine gas explosion and harmful gas and other hazardous sources,following the principle of selecting safety evaluation indicators,the environmental safety evaluation system of coal mine underground is established,the SVM model is optimized for the optimal selection of model parameters in the classification process,the SVM model is optimized by artificial bee group algorithm(ABC),the environmental safety evaluation model of coal mine underground based on ABC-SVM is established,and verified through experiment.The overall design of the mine safety helmet information awareness system,through the integration of environmental parameters collection module,personnel positioning module,wireless communication module and alarm module on the mine safety helmet,to achieve the miners' operating environment information parameters,personnel location information collection,the use of Wi-Fi to establish wireless sensing network,combined with the existing industrial Ethernet coal mine,to achieve the data from wireless to wired transmission mode,and through the monitoring software based on The Lab view platform to achieve monitoring data display,storage,storage,Alarm,environmental safety evaluation and management functions.After testing,the system is running steadily,which is in line with the expected results.Through the research of wireless sensing network,data analysis and processing technology,this paper designs the information perception system of mine safety helmet,which can effectively guarantee the safety of miners' lives and the safe production of coal mines,complements and perfects the safety monitoring system of coal mine,and has certain theoretical research and engineering application value.
