As a basic energy source in China,coal plays a vital role in China's industrial development.However,the coal mining industry is a high-risk industry,and safety production accidents have occurred frequently,and its safety has been widely concerned by all sectors of society.Many coal mining companies have invested a lot of manpower,material resources and financial resources in safety management,and the academic community has also conducted a lot of research in the field of safety performance management.This paper mainly studies the mechanism of impact on coal mine safety performance from the perspective of safety climate.On the basis of previous studies,through sorting out and analyzing the relevant literature,combining with the basic theories of resource preservation theory,psychological capital theory and social cognition,this paper introduces psychological capital into safety climate and safety performance,and concludes that safety climate is not only the product of safety performance,but also the product of safety performance;On the basis of the direct impact and indirect effect of psychological capital on safety performance,a conceptual model of the impact of safety climate on safety performance is proposed,and research hypothesis is put forward through relevant analysis;On the other hand,based on the analysis and integration of the relevant literature at home and abroad,combined with the actual production situation of China's coal mining enterprises,this paper divides the safety climate into six dimensions(including safety incentives,risk preparation,safety training,system and norms,safety exchanges,safety awareness),and compiles corresponding questionnaires;After completing the questionnaire preparation and related inspection of coal mine safety atmosphere,the three mines of Liuzhuang Mine,Xieqiao Mine and Panyi Mine were selected for questionnaire survey,and then the structural equation model was applied by means of analysis software such as SPSS21.0 and Amos17.0.,related analysis,hierarchical regression analysis and other methods,empirical test of the conceptual model.The results show:1.Tested the direct impact of coal mine safety climate on safety performance.Correlation analysis was carried out for each dimension of each variable and variable using SPSS21.0,and then hierarchical regression analysis was carried out to analyze the main effect of the safety climate on safety performance.The analysis results show that the safety climate and each dimension have a significant impact on safety performance and each dimension.Among them,safety systems and norms have the greatest impact on safety participation behavior,and safety incentives have the greatest impact on safety compliance behavior.2.The hierarchical effect analysis and structural equation method are used to test the mediating effect of psychological capital.The results show that the coal mine safety climate and various dimensions have a significant positive impact on psychological capital and various dimensions.Psychological capital and various dimensions have safety performance and dimensions have a significant positive impact,that is,the safety climate affects safety performance and safety compliance behavior and safety participation behavior through psychological capital.Mental capital is the intermediary way for the safety climate to play a role.Based on the above research results,it can be seen that the management personnel of coal mine enterprises can formulate a series of countermeasures and suggestions to improve the safety performance of coal mine enterprises from the perspective of coal mine safety climate and the influence of various dimensions of coal mine safety climate on safety performance and psychological capital.Figure [6] table [27] reference [72]...
