Cast aluminum alloy widely used in the manufacturing industry,but holes has been produced in the casting process is a problem can not be avoided.Hole defects affect the mechanical properties of aluminum alloy and reduce the service life of the parts.In this paper,the defects of the holes in the cast aluminum alloy ZL102 have been studied by the methods of theoretic analysis,numerical simulation and experimental study.The main research contents are as follows:The theoretical model of ZL102 with hole defect is established.The temperature distribution near the hole defect of pulse discharge is deduced by the heat source method and the temperature field boundary conditions.The temperature curve of a certain point near the hole is analyzed by a concrete example.And draw the temperature curve.By using the Zhukovsky conversion,an infinite plane plate model with void defects is transformed into a flat plate model with a center through crack defect.The thermal stress intensity factor of the defect attachment region is calculated.The finite element analysis model of hole defect of ZL102 aluminum alloy by electromagnetic heat is established by ANSYS WORKBENCH.Analysis the electromagnetic heat experiment of ZL102 Aluminum Alloy specimens by numerical simulation.Analysis temperature field,stress field and strain field near the hole defect on the discharge momentMake the ZL102 Aluminum Alloy tablet prepared specimens.And use ZL-2 type high power pulse discharge device to complete the discharge experiment.The microstructure,micro hardness,mechanical properties and micro fracture of the specimens before and after discharge were analyzed and compared.Research the effect of electromagnetic heat on the strengthening effect and strengthening mechanism of the casting aluminum alloy with hole defects.Based on the theoretical analysis,numerical simulation and experimental study of the ZL102 Aluminum Alloy with hole defect,this three studied results show that the electromagnetic heat crack strengthening technology can improve the mechanical properties of the specimen.It can reduce the possibility of cracking of the hole defect,so as to achieve the purpose of crack arrest.This paper provides a reference for the application of electromagnetic thermal arrest technology in the field of casting aluminum alloy containing void defects.
