The paper have done direct current electromagnetic gestation treatment on ZL104aluminum alloy liquid metal by self-made experiment equipment . Law of change of fluidityof aluminum alloy liquid metal have been studied. Law of change of microstructure of castingpiece that came from the ZL104 aluminum alloy liquid by electromagnetic treatment havebeen studied. With analysis method of handing over experiment, law of change of tensilestrength and elongation percentage of electromagnetic gestation treatment on ZL104 aluminumalloy casting piece have been studied. And law of change of liquidus temperature and solidustemperature and interval of crystallization temperature of ZL104 aluminum alloy liquid metalthat have been treated by electromagnetic field have been tested by self-made heat analysissystem.Throught research of the paper, we obtained the results as follows: after treatment onaluminum alloy liquid metal by electromagnetic field ,its solidification orgenizes get thinnerand the mechanics function increases significantly (tensile strength increases 18.9%, elongationpercentage increases 85%);The effection of magnetic field on tensile strength of casting piece isabove electric field, and the affection regulation shows parabola form. The effection ofmagnetic field on elongation percentage of casting piece is above electric field, and the affectionregulation shows line form.;After electromagnetic treatment on aluminum alloy liquidmetal ,its fluidity increases significantly;And its liquidus temperature and solidustemperature increase and interval of crystallization temperature become little.The research results of the paper provide theoretics and experimental gists partly todirect current plant electromagnetic pump that have been made by our center.
