Hydraulic expansion chuck clamping tool with high rotation accuracy,big transmission torque and damping vibration reduction performance are good and easy to wear and tear,and other advantages of possession of a large market.But the hydraulic expansion chuck in the design did not fully consider the impact of high-speed centrifugal force on the hydraulic oil pressure.Hydraulic expansion chuck at high speed,due to the presence of centrifugal force,on the one hand led to oil pressure drop,expansion sleeve deformation reduced;the other side of the chuck itself to produce centrifugal expansion.Leading to problems such as pine knife,transfer torque decline,limiting chuck limit speed.In order to solve this problem,this paper designed a kind of centrifugal expansion dynamic compensation hydraulic high-speed chuck,referred to as a new high-speed chuck.The design and research of the new high-speed chuck are carried out by theoretical calculation and finite element simulation,the concrete content includes:Firstly,the structure of the new high-speed chuck is designed.Including the expansion sleeve,centrifugal power cylinder,piston,sealing parts,non-standard disc spring,etc.The structure of the various parts of the size is determined and the material of the various parts is selected.To check the centrifugal power cylinder body and the strength of the thread.Secondly,the connection performance of the new high-speed chuck and the tool are analyzed.Based on the elastic force and fluid mechanics,the theoretical model of the chuck and the hydraulic oil are established.The radial contact stress and the transmission torque of the chuck and the tool are analyzed by finite element simulation.The limit speed of the chuck is determined.The influence of speed on radial clamping stiffness is analyzed.Finally,the dynamic characteristics of the new high-speed chuck are analyzed.Through the theoretical calculation of the chuck maximum unbalance,determines the dynamic balancing precision grade.The vibration model of the chuck is established,analyze its vibration characteristics.Using the finite element simulation software,analyzes the chuck in the first eight order natural frequency and modal vibration mode.Analyzes the harmonic response of the chuck and the vibration effect of the piston oscillator on the chuck is determined.
