Nowadays, with the development of industrial automation,the power chuck develop rapidly. On the premise of safety, power chuck must give attention to both high speed and high precision in high speed machining processing efficiency. The comprehensive development of the power chuck has become an important prerequisite for automation and intelligent of manufacturing industry.The article mainly is analysis from the power chuck clamping function of centrifugal force compensation mechanism, as to carry on the design and research. According to the working conditions of the power chuck, using Solid works to quality parameters of modeling and simulation technology related spare parts, finite element analysis was carried out using SolidWorks software for the key part of the lever, to verify its reliability and obtain the speed limit.After the analysis and study,the article firstly obtained that it is concluded that the main factors influencing the static clamping force for the wedge Angle and coefficient of friction. Secondly,the speed limit in different safety factor is different,and the lever on the5000rpm when the maximum stress value was340MPa, the maximum displacement is0.088mm, conform to operation instructions.At the same time the results of dynamic simulation of power chuck, also meet the use requirements.
