Dish centrifugal separator (DCS) is a kind of separating machinery used in post-treatment. Due to their compact structure , small size and high relative centrifugal force, Dish centrifugal separator has universal application in chemical engineering, pharmaceutical industry and light industry. Because vibration of the separator is an important factor for quality of the product and the unbalance of drum is the mostly cause of the vibration, the balancing of that become the crucial technology of the manufacture of DCS and the main method reducing machine vibration. So performing dynamic analysis of the whole machine are of important theoretical and practical value for DCS manufacture in our country.At first, the development and actualities of research on rotor balancing are reviewed in this paper. Then the method of computing the rotor vibration is introduced. The dynamic analysis of the principal axis system and the whole machine are performed in Ansys to calculate the structural dynamic character and vibration state. Through changing the structural parameters of the principal axis system, we can obtain the effect of each parameter on the critical rotational speed. At the same time, the method, which need only one measurement point with two correct plane, is proved to be reasonable and effective. At last, the effect of unbalance mass on the vibration of DCS' s casing. |
