Since the 18th national congress of the CPC adopted ecological civilization as a new deployment to fully implement the scientific outlook on development,China has entered a new era of ecological civilization construction.The economic development level of Yunnan minority poverty stricken areas is relatively weak,the industry development is single,the traffic is blocked,and natural disasters often occur.Due to the fragile ecological conditions and endowments,the contradiction between development and protection is more prominent,and the construction of ecological civilization is more difficult.As General Secretary Xi Jinping stated in his report to the 19th national congress of the communist party of China,"clear waters and green mountains are like mountains of gold and silver." It's very important for Yunnan minority poverty areas to combine the characteristic of its rich natural resources,find the combining site of green ecological construction and economic development,will be "inefficient resource" into development advantages,under the various policy support,actively explore,guide all social parties to practice ecological codes of conduct,so as to find a unique path for ecological civilization construction.Based on the system dynamics model,this study constructed the dynamic model of ecological civilization construction system in these areas from the five sub-systems of population,society,economy,resources and environment.According to the development situation of minority poverty-stricken areas in Yunnan,five development plans are designed,including the current construction path,the investment path to improve people's livelihood,the path to accelerate economic development,the path to strengthen energy conservation and environmental protection,and coordinated development path.Then the study simulated evolution trend of five paths for ecological civilization construction from 2018 to 2030 and then take the feasible path from them.In addition,the coupling model is used to verify the validity of the path and finally find the effective path.The results shown:(1)Coordinated development path can promote the construction of ecological civilization best.However,the simulation results of this path show that the balance index of resource supply and demand and the quality of ecological environment will decline from 2020.This study used the coupling coordination model test to conclude that the path had not achieved real coordination between human and natural systems during 2018-2030,and further optimization of the path is needed;(2)According to the region economy development and the contradiction between resource supply and demand,the study designed optimization path ?mainly to accelerate the development of resources mainly,and optimization path ? slowing economic growth at the same time increase the intensity of resource development.And the optimization path ? was considered as the effective path due to its great coupling coordination effect,and It can help the region get rid of the dilemma of insufficient economic development and internal and external resources.Based on the research findings,the task of resource exploitation and environmental protection in this region is arduous.While fulfilling the task of poverty alleviation,it is necessary to adjust the rate of economic growth to ensure coordinated development with its resources and environment.And the study puts forward that the key points of the future work are optimizing the industrial structure,simultaneously developing and protecting resources,and increasing public participation.
