Research On The Coordination Degree Of Eco-economic System In Yunnan Minority Areas

With the advancement of Yunnan minority areas of ecological civilization construction,the harmonious development of ecological environment and economy is more and more important.It has become a consensus to promote economic development under the premise of ensuring ecological environment.Yunnan minority areas,rich in natural resources,but ecological fragility,relatively backward economy,have higher requirements for ecological and economic coordination.In this paper,we use the coordination degree to measure the coordination of ecological environment and economic development in Yunnan minority areas,use relevant models to extract the main factors influencing the coordination degree,and explore the measures to promote the ecological economic coordination taking the high impact index as the entry point.On the basis of summarizing relevant literatures and combining with the actual situation of Yunnan minority areas,this paper establishes the evaluation index of the coordination degree of ecological economic system.Firstly,this paper uses the Lotka-Volterra(L-V)model to analyze the size of the coordination degree of the minority areas in Yunnan Province,next uses the coupling model to analyze the development trend of coordination degree and the cause of the change,and then uses the neural network model to study the coordination degree to obtain the main factors affecting the coordination degree.The conclusions are as follows: 1)The coordination of ecological economic system in Yunnan minority areas is not high.Although the degree of coordination presents a trend of slow rise,the degree of coordination between Dehong and Xishuangbanna Autonomous Prefecture fluctuates to a certain extent,and the change is unstable;2)The ecological and economic development here is basically consistent with the mutual promotion of ecology and economy,but the existence of the ecological environment will inhibit the unilateral inhibition of economic development.And there is also a bilateral inhibition;3)According to the fitting learning results of the neural network model,the ecological environment index has greater impact on the coordination degree.The per capita green area,the reuse rate of industrial water,and the per capita afforestation area is the first three indexes for influencing coordination degree,with the weight of 13.93%,9.72% and 9.65%.Finally,the paper puts forward measures to improve the coordination degree of ecological and economic system in ethnic minority areas from three aspects,which are to train new concept of development,build the development model and construct the system and policy of mutual promotion of ecology and economy.
