Design Of Cryogenic Nitrogen Gas-plant And Its Industrilization

Nitrogen gas is a very important inert gas for production protection purpose,apply in the area of chemical engineering,metal,semi-conductor,food,drugs,etc.It was called the blood of modern industry.Base on the customer requirement of the purity,containment,pressure,fluid flow rate and fluctuation,equipment reliability,operation safety and stability of the high purity nitrogen gas product,a set of cryogenic nitrogen gas plant design and its industrial implementing were finished.The process design,material and energy balance calculation,main equipment selection and completed setting design and facility layout design were studied and finished during the project design stage.After that,during the industrial implementing stage,the equipment installation,individual equipment commissioning,plant start-up,the experience of plant commissioning and start-up summarize,facility performance test,etc.,were finished.The results indicate that the cryogenic liquid nitrogen add-in process is a better way in current industrial market;the performance of screw compressor is better than centrifugal compressor in the process area of small flow and stable discharge pressure;SPC control method is helpful to get higher product recovery rate.Finally the project of nitrogen gas-plant design and industrial implementing successfully accomplished,and the performance of facility reach the original deisgn expectation,with much business profit.
