With the increasing impact of nitrogen oxides?NOx?on human activities and the environment,in the dual requirements of current environmental protection and recycling economy,how to control the produce and emission of nitrogen oxides economically and effectively has become the forefront of scientific research.This paper prepared polyaniline by chemical oxidation,studied the absorption principle and denitrification performance on NO2,polymered aniline on inorganic mineral materials of different structures using situ polymerization such as attapulgite,vermiculite,diatomaceous earth and graphene.prepared the mineral composite materials with different content of amino by adjusting the ratio of PANI/mineral composites,investigated the absorption principle and denitrification performance on NO2.The purpose is to accumulate the basic data for the development of NO2 high efficient absorbent:Using ammonium persulfate as oxidant and hydrochloric acid as doping agent,the polyaniline was obtained by reduction of ammonia.The structure and morphology of the polyaniline were analyzed by FTIR,SEM,XRD,TGA and other methods before and after the absorption of NO2.The research shows that the adsorption of polyaniline on NO2 mainly was chemical adsorption,When NO2 acid molecular was absorbed into the quinone ring of the molecular chain the doped polyaniline form therefore its color from purple to dark green.The doped polyaniline can be regenerated by ammonia reduction,and the reaction of by-products could be used as raw materials of fertilizers.The absorption of NO2 by polyaniline was affected by temperature,and low temperature was beneficial to the absorption of NO2.Selecting the different mineral matrix materials modified polyaniline.The amino functional groups were successfully loaded on the mineral materials which used as the skeleton.The lamellar polyaniline could be effectively supported by the skeleton,and its pore structure was improved,the mutual contact,folding,agglomeration between the polyaniline particles was effectively reduced,making the polyaniline surface fully exposed,effectively increasing its specific surface area,thereby enhancing the absorption performance of polyaniline.Under the condition of normal temperature,atmospheric pressure and initial NO2 concentration of 500 ppm,the NO2 adsorption capacity of PANI/ATP composite absorbent was highest which up to 4.90mmol/g when the mass ratio of aniline and attapulgite was 1:1 these composites repeatedly regenerated by ammonia,its adsorption performance was still good.In order to better using in industrial applications,polyaniline was polymerized with organic polymer having a specific shape,polyaniline was modified with the graphene having a high specific surface area to prepare the network of different amino content of Polyaniline/grapheme composites,studied the absorption properties on NO2.The results show that the prepared material had high adsorption capacity for NO2 after modification of polyaniline with graphene.The maximum adsorption capacity of NO2 reached 5.30 mmol/g.The adsorption performance of graphene/polyaniline composite absorbent was good after repeatedly regenerated.
