PID control mode is widely used in various fields of industrial control,because of easy to use,good stability,but the conventional PID control system is difficult to obtain good control effect when parameter changes,and the surrounding industrial environment changes.It is put forward that fuzzy control.Fuzzy control that comes from the knowledge and experience,and not limited in a precise mathematical model can provide new ideas to solve more difficult problems.For tobacco factory water,temperature,feeding precision,flavoring precision of high precision,high quality and technical requirements,we designed the control system of cut tobacco production line based on fuzzy control on the basis of deep survey and demand analysis the problem of the tobacco industry cigarette production line control system,.There are some problems in Changsha Cigarette Factory prime equipment in the production process that reduces the production efficiency and improve the labor intensity,such as the resurgence of feeding problems,control precision is not accurate enough,batch change grades need manually modify the parameters,aiming at the problems,we design the cut tobacco production line system based on the fuzzy control in the design of new production line process.Firstly,through the analysis of current experience with manual operation,we design water temperature closed loop tracking control system and fuzzy control regulator according to the temperature,moisture control target,tracking the tobacco production line system characteristics,searching suitable fuzzy control model and membership function and designing fuzzy controller design,we develop control effect of optimal fuzzy control rules,closed loop design and the final design is implemented with PLC and the implementation of the model are adjusted.The design of control system is applied in Changsha Cigarette Factory 4000kg/h of Tobacco control system,based on the iFIX and SIMATIC STEP7 software development,we design the conventional PID controller and fuzzy controller algorithm based on Siemens PLC programming controller,using the Siemens SIMATIC S7-400 PLC control system hardware and configuration program design software STEP7 v5.5.The iFIX monitoring software is used to monitor the implementation on the basis of combine the two important ingredients.Putted into use,the fuzzy controller algorithm has better dynamic and static performance.
