Sintering flue gascontains a large number of SO2,NOX and other corrosive gases, whose direct discharge will lead to serious environmental problems.Steel slag is the waste produced in the process of steelmaking, and its main chemical composition is Ca O,which has a certain desulfurization effect. In order to make a better use of steel slag for FGD the role of each component in the desulfurization process of steel slag is needed to be analyzed.According to the percentage of the components in the actual steel slag, the steel slag is prepared by adjusting the percentage of the components in the steel slag. The experiment was carried out to simulate sintering gas desulfurization in a bubbling reactor. The results are as follows:1)Through the configuration of the configuration of steel slag mineral composition, desulfurization effect, the product of desulfurization and the actual steel slag, the configuration of steel slag can be used to replace the actual steel slag to carry out tests.2)According to the actual components configuration of steel slag,to change the percentage of desulfurization experiment content in steel slag Ca O,Mg O,Fe2O3,Si O2,Al2O3,the desulfurization time can be obtained. The composition of steel slag in the desulfurization process function: Ca O in desulfurization process and its main role.Mg O,Fe2O3,Al2O3 plays a promoting role of Si O2 on desulfurization, desulfurization effect is not obvious.3)Through the synergistic effect of the experiment: Fe2O3 and Al2O3 may play a synergistic effect in the configuration of steel slag in flue gas desulfurization process;Al2O3 and Si O2,Fe2O3 and Si O2 in the desulfurization process of steel slag has not played a synergistic effect.
