In the process of steelmaking,the temperature field of molten metal cannot be measured by using fast thermocouple.According to the principle of heat radiation,this paper proposes to measure the temperature by using thermal infrared imager.This paper studies the measurement of surface temperature and temperature field by simulating the production of steelmaking.In view of the complexity and uncertainty of the steel-making environment,this paper also analyzes the factors that may affect the accuracy of measurement and the method of improving the precision of temperature measurement.Based on the thermal radiation and infrared thermal imaging temperature measurement,the sparse decomposition method is used to remove the image noise.First,the matching pursuit algorithm is used to decompose images,which can remove image noise effectively.Then,after the reconstruction of the image,we can get the noiseless image.Then collect the gray value to prepare for temperature measurement.The least square method and improved genetic algorithm are used to fit the image gray level and temperature.The results show that the improved genetic algorithm has better fitting effect.However,due to the complexity of the improved genetic algorithm,it takes longer time to fit the curve.Therefore,different methods are selected according to different requirements.Finally,the hardware selection of the temperature measurement system and the feasibility of the software are analyzed.In order to grasp the overall situation of the molten pool better,we show the temperature field,morphology and pseudo color image.The practice shows that the molten metal infrared temperature measurement system can accurately measure the temperature of molten steel and exhibit the temperature field of the molten pool.The temperature measurement system not only solves the problem of thermocouple temperature measurement,but also improves the accuracy of temperature measurement.
