The method in contacting temperature measurement now widely used in the measuring the temperature of the iron and steel enterprises.But because of its own characteristics,the conditions of it are very harsh,if the conditions are not satisfied,the measurement is easy to fail.Therefore,the non contact temperature measurement method based on radiation temperature measurement is studied.A temperature measurement system based on CCD image sensing was designed.The temperature measurement system was implemented in C# language and MATLAB programming.It was mainly composed of image acquisition module,image processing module,temperature field calculation module and system building module.The main tasks completed are as follows: Metal image acquisition,the camera SDK development package was called,the image acquisition program was written,and the image acquisition interface was designed and then the artificial interface was optimized.The system could set various parameters in the process of continuous collection and collection of metal images is realized;Metal image processing,after the image acquisition,it needs to be filtered,The method in the experiment is Hilbert yellow transform.The result shows that the mean square error and the signal to noise ratio were good.So Hilbert yellow transform has a good effect on the early processing of the metal images in the experiment;The establishment of gray temperature relation curve,in order to measure the temperature of metal by radiation thermometer,it is necessary to explore the function relation between the gray value and the temperature.I adopted the improved the fitting algorithm of genetic algorithm method,and more accurate fitting curve has been obtained;Temperature measurement experiment and isotherm drawing;in order to verify the practical application ability of the above theory and the accuracy of the results of temperature measurement,the measurement platform was set up.I've done a lot of temperature testing,and obtained the isotherm of the temperature field by the triangular mesh method.The experimental results show that the accuracy of the temperature measurement platform is significantly higher than that of the traditional method,and it is of high use value.
