When oilfield is in the later stage of development,fine separate layer water injection has become one of the important EOR methods.And to assure the effective water injection of each layer,the injection amount for every layer should be measured and adjusted to meet the geological requirements.The measure and adjustment process of offshore oilfield in Shengli involves the use of steel wire winch to fish and change nozzles,which has the disadvantages of complicated process,large adjustment error and low precision.Meanwhile,because of the restrain of core dimension,it is difficult to conduct the measuring and adjusting process,and the success rate is low and stuck or drop of instruments may occur.Intelligent measurement and adjustment has the working way of measuring while adjusting,and ground precise adjustment of downhole separate layer injection can be realized to meet the demand of offshore oilfield.In this paper,in view of intelligent measuring and adjusting tubular column,based on the existing separated sand control string,the string is kept unmoved,while the liquid controlled packer is tripped in to achieve separate injection and adjustment.Through the development of adjustable water distributor and intelligent measuring and adjusting instrument,testing and controlling are combined,and multi-layer test and flow rate regulation can be achieved by only one tripping down.The supporting ground control system can supply electrical power for the testing and adjusting instrument,and analyze measured signals and then control the work of integrated testing and adjusting instrument.Tracking assessment of laboratory experiments and field applications of intelligent measuring and adjusting technology was conducted in this paper,and the experimental results showed that the water distributor,measuring and adjusting instrument and ground control system can meet the basic requirements of injection well test,and test sensitivity as well as accuracy can reach the designed index.Field application showed that the measuring and adjusting accuracy is higher,with less workload,higher success rate and less cost.Meanwhile,the technology can help to prolong the workover-free period and reduce operation frequency.Also,the technology has considerable indirect economic benefit,and provides positive effects on improving the separate layer water injection on offshore oilfield and remising the interlayer interference.The result showed in this paper concerning injection,testing,water adjusting and distribution and sealing examination is a breakthrough in technology process.
