In the process of steam huff and puff and steam drive in heavy oil field,the running through of steam and hot water lead to greatly reducing the steam sweep area and causing great impact on the development of the steam thermal recovery.Most of the site are currently using chemical blocking agent on the water channels or steam channeling for blocking,in the situation of reservoir field using steam flooding application,Polymer gels blocking agent has large effective radius but poor heat resistance,and high cost.Resin blocking agent has good temperature resistance,moderate plugging intensity.Foam blocking agent perfumes worse in horizontal wells.The solid particles blocking agent has high blocking strength,high temperature resistance,long effective time and low cost,but has few application in horizontal wells and low porosity reservoirs because of the lack of suitable suspensions,easily deposited clogged pipe,short initial setting time,a large amount of fluid loss and other issues.The article will develop a high-strength solid particles plugging system which on the preferred formulation in the laboratory to determine the system's main agents,suspending agents,retarder.Preferably get the suitable formulations on-site construction conditions and use core flow experiments to measure the efficiency of its closure,and then use high-temperature and high-pressure steam flooding dimensional physical model for simulation by a similar construction technology.Then site guidelines parameters corresponding to changes in the temperature field by injecting reactive blocking agent blocking agent before plugging effect parameters to optimize steam injection.Develop the formation of a high-strength solid particles plugging the system so that it can adapt to the horizontal well steam flooding reservoir construction site conditions.By Chen 373-Ping 25 well site construction,the wells' average daily oil production was 0.8t and water content was 98.1% before plugging,then the average daily oil production changed to 8.4t,water content became 84%,which achieved significantly increased yield,overcoming the applications limit in steam flooding reservoir in horizontal well.Its good performance can meet the construction requirements.
