Low speed high torque motor direct drive pumping unit as a new technology has been applied gradually in oilfield,the pumping unit to eliminate the transmission system,reduce the part of the energy loss,improve the reliability of the system,but research has become the key of the motor.Paper with 8 of 6 m stroke pumping unit with high torque at low speed switched reluctance motor as the research object,the magnetic circuit of the motor design,optimize the structure of motor electromagnetic parameters,and the key components of the pumping unit is composed of the motor system for design analysis.Papers to the rated torque 6000 n.m,rated speed 16 r/min as the goal,the magnetic circuit of the motor design,completed the motor structure size calculation,winding design,selection of silicon steel sheet,etc.,calculation and analysis for the design of magnetic circuit.To improve the efficiency of the motor and the output torque characteristics,using the taguchi method,establish a rectangular table with orthogonal experiment,through the analysis of the influence of various parameters on the efficiency and torque weights and interaction,and simulate the contour curve,curved surfaces,the qualitative analysis,combined with the quantitative analysis of the sum of squares of,select the optimal structure parameters.Motor performance curve by Ansoft software simulation to evaluate the performance of the motor in the rated speed and low speed stability,through the finite element analysis of no-load and load,verify the rationality of the design of magnetic circuit of the motor,the technical indicators can meet the requirements of pumping unit work.Paper also has carried on the 8 6 m of vertical pumping unit stroke,key structure design and analysis of the working process of the pumping unit dynamic simulation model is set up,the analysis of the suspension point changing law of displacement,velocity,acceleration,verify the reliability of the design.
