| Switched Reluctance Motor Drive is a new type of speed control system which is combined with switched reluctance motor, modern power electronic technology and microcomputer control technology. The system has advantages of simple structure, lost cost, flexible control, especially in the starting torque and speed range of performance. At present, the indirect transmission system was adopted in spindle drive system of the traditional rapier loom, which has drawbacks that the complex mechanical structure, low transmission efficiency, high operation and maintenance cost. Now our country’s textile equipment is in the low production efficiency, the energy consumption is huge, and the competitive power is insufficient. In this paper, the control scheme of the loom spindle direct drive of based on the switched reluctance motor is presented.First of all, the paper introduces the development status and the characteristics of the main drive system in the domestic and foreign. The weaving principle and electric control system of the loom are analyzed and studied. Secondly, the system structure, operating principle and control mode of SRD are introduced. According to the technical characteristics of the main drive system of the spindle system, the feasibility analysis of the application of the switched reluctance motor in the spindle direct drive of the loom is carried out.In order to improve the reliability and real-time performance of the SRD system, a dual processor architecture is a proposed for the control scheme of switched reluctance motor. The control task is assigned properly to the master and the slave controller and the data exchange is realized by CAN bus. In order to ensure SRM control accuracy, the communication protocol of quasi time-division based on rotor position is designed, avoiding multi-information data crash. To improve the real-time performance of the system, the system delay is analyzed, and the corresponding angle compensation control is carried out, and the drive performance of the system is improved. The paper design a scheme that can obtain the minimum inductance rotor position on-line, which based on platform of switched reluctance motor with dual processor framework. The scheme is more convenient and efficient than the off-line measurement of inductance minimum position.Based on the above theoretical analysis and design scheme, this paper designs a 7.5kW three-phase 12/8 pole switched reluctance motor drive system. The hardware of the system is selected and designed, and the software program is written on this basis:The master controller uses TMS320F2812 and the slave controller is dsPIC30F5015; The power converter circuit, signal conditioning circuit, CAN interface circuit are designed; Finally, the design of the drive system is debugged, and the experimental results show that the design of the dual processing framework of the switched reluctance motor speed control system can meet the requirements of the direct drive of the spindle. |
