The overhead electric locomotives are important tools for mining operations,features like large starting torque,overload capability,frequent starts and braking,safe and reliable are required because of bad transport environment.Variable frequency speed control systems based on AC asynchronous motor are widely used in mine electric locomotives for now.It is still less than ideal because of deficiencies like large starting current,low overload capability and power factor.Switched reluctance motor(SRM)is a new type of AC speed regulating motor.Due to the features of simple structure,low cost,small starting current,large starting torque,and reliability,Switched Reluctance Motor(SRM)is very suitable for application in various fields of power transmission systems.Therefore,it is of great theoretical significance and practical value to study the application of the speed-regulating control system of the switched reluctance motor on the overhead electric locomotive.The thesis studies the related control methods of switched reluctance motors applied to overhead electric locomotive.The main contents are as follows:Firstly,following contents are introduced,the study situation and existing problem in overhead electric locomotives,basic characteristics and development status of SRM.Secondly,basic structure,circuit equation,mathematical model and basic composition of SRM speed control system are introduced,basic principle of SRM traditional control methods and comparative analysis are explained.Aiming at the problem of large torque ripple and considering the working characteristics of the overhead electric locomotive,adaptive fuzzy PID control based on direct torque control strategies are proposed.This topic combines the characteristics of the working condition of the overhead electric locomotives,adopts the direct torque control method based on fuzzy adaptive PID:adopts the direct torque control method,realizes the stator flux linkage and the motor torque through the flux linkage and the torque regulator.Closed-loop control;the traditional PID speed loop is optimized by fuzzy adaptive control speed,and the reference torque required for direct torque control is dynamically outputted.Theoretical analysis and design study about design method of inner and outer control ring.Taking a certain type of switched reluctance motor as the research object,the ACS800 series inverter control board is the core controller,and the corresponding SRM speed control system hardware circuit and software system are designed,and the overhead reluctance motor electronic control system is designed.The electric control system of the switched reluctance motor was tested and applied in the underground overhead electric locomotive of the Xingshan Iron Mine in Shougang.The actual running curve was obtained through professional software.The above theoretical research was further verified by the electronic control system.The engineering application of the switched reluctance motor speed control system on the overhead electric locomotives is realized.
