With crude oil quality becoming increasingly high sulfur,high acid and heavy,the proportion of processing high sulfur crude oil in domestic refinery are increasing constantly as abroad causing the risk of high sulfur crude oil refining rising.Frequent occurrence of Ferrous sulfide self-ignition accident,sulfur corrosion leakage accident,hydrogen sulfide leakage and poisoning accidents also highlights various problems of processing high sulfur crude oil.In order to reduce the sulfur risks from refinery of sulfur crude oil,this paper only studied reducing hydrogen sulfide leakage poisoning accidents.First through the research of A refinery,understand the present production process of the enterprise and figure out the material flow.Describing the hazard,forming mechanism and sources of hydrogen sulfide,identify hydrogen sulfide poisoning dangerous point and dangerous zones in A refinery,establish a hydrogen sulfide poisoning risk classification model applied in A refinery.From the viewpoint of “human,mechanism,material,law and regulations,environment”,protection measures of hydrogen sulfide toxicity were proposed and perfection of protection measures in A refinery.Different jobs of H2 S toxicity classification responds to different basic protection measures.Because production of high sulfur crude is temporary situation of whole process,therefore the fluctuation of sulfur must cause the change of toxicity ranks of hydrogen sulfide for the same job.The application of hydrogen sulfide toxicity risk management software could estimate the classification in different situation and provide corresponding measures for various jobs and ranks.Finally,using RiskSystem software to simulate the dispersion consequences of H2 S leakage analyzed the rule of leakage and impact area.With reference of simulation results and rules,specific measures and steps of accidental release are put forward,which guide emergency treatment of toxic or harmful gas leak in petrochemical industries.
