Oil and gas pipelines have the characteristics of long distance,high pressure,inflammable,explosive or toxic dangerous medium transportation,environmental sensitivity,etc.once they fail,it is very easy to cause casualties,environmental pollution,economic loss,production and life interference of related enterprises and other adverse effects,resulting in serious economic and social harm,and huge losses to enterprises and society.With the high dependence of social and economic development on oil and natural gas demand,the safety and reliability of oil and gas pipeline transportation have a direct impact on the production order of enterprises,local economic growth,social development stability and national energy security supply.With the revision and improvement of safety and environmental protection related laws and regulations in recent years,the corresponding standards continue to improve,the requirements are more and more strict,the red line of legal and compliant operation is insurmountable,and the cost of enterprises' violation of laws and regulations is increasing.At the same time,with the development of information technology and the rapid multi-channel communication of information,the sensitivity and attention of the public to accidents are getting higher and higher,the tolerance is getting lower and lower,and the national and government's accountability for accidents is getting stronger and stronger.In recent years,with the rapid development of oil and gas pipeline construction in our country,the safety and reliability of oil and gas pipeline transportation have been paid more and more attention,the safety risk identification of oil and gas pipeline has been paid more and more attention,and the identification methods and control measures have also been developed.With the continuous attention and Research on the safety issues of oil and gas pipeline transportation,the continuous progress of science and technology and the increasingly mature new technology,the optimization of pipeline materials is also constantly strengthened,the construction standards are constantly improved,the pipeline operation and management measures and systems are more scientific and systematic,and the risk rate of oil and gas long-distance pipeline is also declining.However,due to the complexity of the regional environment,the historical problems of design and construction,there are still many safety risks caused by uncontrollable factors.Based on the previous research,this paper discusses the risk identification methods and control measures of long-distance oil and gas pipeline from the perspective of pipeline intrinsic safety and environmental safety,in order to minimize the risk incidence,ensure the safety of long-distance oil and gas pipeline,thereby reducing the risk of safety and environmental protection and ensuring the economic benefits of enterprises.This paper systematically expounds the risk types,identification methods,evaluation methods and control measures from the aspects of safety risk,environmental safety risk and operation safety risk of long-distance pipeline,and carries out the risk identification and control work around the concept of "pipeline,safety and environment".It mainly discusses the following contents:(1)This paper analyzes the characteristics,types and corresponding management countermeasures of the risks of long-distance oil and gas pipelines.(2)The risk assessment method of long-distance oil and gas pipeline is systematically described.(3)Taking an in-service pipeline as an example,the semi quantitative evaluation method is adopted,combined with the pipeline body data,high consequence area identification,internal and external detection,geological disaster investigation,wall thickness monitoring,cathodic protection and other information,and the corresponding risk evaluation software and manual review analysis are used to obtain the risk evaluation results,formulate the corresponding control measures,and achieve the goal of effective control of the safe operation of the pipeline?...
