Rapid heat cycle injection molding technique is one of the new green injection molding techniques.Unlike conventional injection molding,rapid thermal cycle injection molding technology is in the mold cavity surface temperature slightly higher than the glass transition temperature of the molding res in when the resin filling an injection molding process,and realize the fast cooling of the product,after high temperature to maintain in order to improve surface quality of plastic products,to avoid the secondary processing,reduce the harm to environment and the operators.Expound the rapid thermal cycle injection molding technology and the rapid thermal cycle injection molding process.The results of the experiment results show that the rapid thermal cycling in injection molding process parameters on the melt liquidity effect as follows:cavity surface temperature>height>>cavity in jection speed melt temperature.Article briefly introduces the ba sic situation of the auto interior products,analyzed a rapid thermal cycle of the auto interior products mold design process,and the rapid heat cycle mould design;The experiment was designed and tested,and the test materials and blowing parameters,the evaluation of the die response,the test results and the discussion were described in detail.A mathematical model of the filling process and warp de formation process of injection molding was established,and the Moldflow software was briefly introduced,and the num erical analysis process based on Moldflow was introduced.Focus on a certain numerical analysis of the auto interior products,including Moldflow pretreatment,hot runner gating system creation,analysis type and setting of process parameters and com pleted the num erical analysis;Orthogonal experim ents were designed;The influence of process param eters on warp buckling is analyzed,and the process parameters are optimized.
