Driven by the concept of plastic-replacement steel and automobile lightweight,plastics have been widely used in the automotive industry,and companies have increasingly higher requirements for the molding quality of plastic parts.With the continuous development and effective application of injection mold CAE technology,the disadvantages of traditional mold design and product development have been overcome,the product development cycle has been shortened,the molding quality of products has been improved,and the profits of enterprises have been increased.Based on the theory of injection molding,this article takes the interior panel of an automobile A pillar as the research object,selects the PP / PE material specified by the customer,and uses the finite element numerical simulation method to optimize its injection molding process parameters,and then further designs its injection mold.This article first selects five important process parameters in injection molding: melt temperature A,mold temperature B,mold filling time C,holding time D,and holding pressure E as orthogonal test factors to warp the part.The amount of deformation is the test target.Based on the simulation results of each parameter combination of the orthogonal test,a range analysis is performed,and the influence degree of each factor on the warpage of the part is obtained as follows: melt temperature> holding pressure> holding time>filling time> mold temperature.Secondly,based on the optimal combination of process parameters obtained through orthogonal experiments,the influence of a single factor on the warpage of the part was explored,the accuracy of the range analysis was verified,and the optimal combination of process parameters was determined: melt The V / P conversion pressure is 210 ° C,mold temperature is 30 ° C,mold filling time is 3s,holding time is 15 s,and holding pressure is100%.Finally,based on the simulation analysis,the injection system and cooling system of the injection mold were reasonably designed,and a suitable forming mold was obtained.
