Casting technology as a modern machinery manufacturing industry,the basic process,the development of the pros and cons also show the strength of the country’s production strength.In recent years,in the huge market demand and the impact of a good industrial intelligence integration of the domestic environment,China’s foundry machinery industry to maintain a relatively high growth trend.However,the traditional casting industry still has many problems,such as enterprise technology application less,casting production process,casting equipment behind,too much material consumption,emissions of harmful substances in excessive content,these problems are restricting the rapid development of the industry.Based on this background,China once again stressed the importance of "green casting" during the 13 th Five Year Plan.At the same time,green low carbon has become a common understanding of the world,China has green,low carbon,sustainable development for the national strategy and basic national policy.In the foundry industry,casting enterprises,lower investment,high output,low consumption,less emissions,recyclable,sustainable development of green road has become the core competitiveness of enterprises.Reduce energy consumption,transformation and upgrading,which is the casting industry breakthrough in the development of the bottleneck of the only way,indicating that China’s casting industry has been superimposed by the amount of change in the direction of qualitative change in the development.In order to improve the accuracy of castings,reduce the casting rate of failure,but also to solve the casting industry practitioners safety,reduce energy consumption rate,and effectively implement the "green manufacturing" concept,a major method is to improve the intelligent development of industrial casting TheThe modern foundry industry has applied nanotechnology and intelligence technology,radio frequency identification technology and sensor technology to one or more combinations to industry,and promote the intelligent development of industry.Application gradually involves the traditional industries in various fields,intelligent,accurate degree of getting higher and higher.The whole industry,involving high temperature,high pressure and toxic environment,has made the industrial intelligent technology develop rapidly.In the modern foundry industry,the measurement of casting size,the temperature control and the position of the casting process have an important influence on the quality and speed of the finished product.In the process of casting parts,the need for the monitoring and control of the casting process,the traditional monitoring and control environment,the existence of high temperature,the existence of harmful gases and high temperature is not easy to control and other reasons,greatly increasing the difficulty of industrial measurement and control TheThis paper designs an industrial casting system based on FPGA and PLC linkage control.The system mainly includes three parts: the construction of industrial casting platform,the image acquisition and measurement based on FPGA and the motor positioning part based on PLC.Based on the data collected by the original CMOS image sensor,the image noise is reduced,and the functions such as infrared ranging and real-time temperature measurement are combined with PLC(Programmable Logic Controller)to control the whole automation casting system.One of the industrial casting platform using C # SerialPort control to develop,and to achieve the signal to send / receive,motor / video start and stop the control function.In the FPGA image acquisition and measurement part of the synchronization signal through the asynchronous processing of the camera data stream processing,improve the accuracy of the image and real-time measurement results.In the motor positioning part of the PLC,the PLSR instruction is used to control the stepping motor and reach the function of motor positioning.System design also reserved for the follow-up development of the interface resources to achieve linkage smooth,high stability requirements.
