Research On Automatic Control System Of Die Casting Machine Based On Industrial Internet

The die-casting machine is mainly used in the automobile industry.With the increase of automobile sales in our country,the application of die-casting machine equipment is more extensive.The level of automation and the frequency of failure of the die casting machine will directly affect the production efficiency of the die casting machine.When the die-casting machine equipment fails,it will cause serious losses to the die-casting machine users and manufacturers due to after-sales service.With the in-depth study of industrial Internet technology,it provides a new way to solve the problems of real-time status and fault monitoring and remote fault diagnosis of die casting machine equipment.The improvement of the original system can improve the degree of automation of the equipment,and users of the die-casting machine can also quickly and accurately judge and solve equipment failures.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1) This paper optimized the PLC control system.The manual control is upgraded to automatic,which improves the control efficiency and reduces the cost of the die casting machine.(2) Through the application of industrial Internet technology in die casting machine,the remote monitoring technology of die casting machine is realized,and the working state and fault of die casting machine can be monitored online.Thus the efficiency and service quality of die casting machine maintenance can be improved and the cost of aftersales service can be reduced.(3) Optimize the design of control system hardware and electrical control system.The system hardware and software control part of each module design,key circuit design,and the whole system fault monitoring aspects are summarized.Then,the control system of the die casting machine is designed for the industrial Internet management platform,mainly for the design and selection of the hardware and communication module,the industrial Internet cloud platform for the design description,through the programming software for the industrial Internet remote monitoring of the main interface design.(4) Simultaneously test the hardware of the prototype control system and the industrial Internet communication system.The feasibility of automatic control and remote monitoring of industrial Internet is verified.To sum up,the automation degree and production efficiency of die casting machine are improved through the automation research and development and upgrading of the control mechanism of die casting machine.The remote monitoring and fault diagnosis of die casting machine can be realized through the design and application of online monitoring on industrial Internet.
