Nowadays,the emergence of various interactive experience products and equipments,such as animation,digital museums,websites,games,multimedia performances,interactive devices,etc.,allow users to have a rich choice when accepting shadow art culture.However,there is a lack of clear and convenient use guidance,which leads to the incomplete process of cultural service experience.Therefore,the research on the application of shadow art in many interactive experience products and equipment and the trend of providing services can be used as a research direction to sort out the future development and inheritance of shadow art and the output method of cultural services,and propose a shadow art that relies on cultural service experience space development trends and directions in interactive experience platforms.First,through the research of relevant literature and analysis of current representative cases,summarizing the current interactive experience platform,related interactive experience application scenarios,living space of shadow art and service development stages.To understand the relevant cutting-edge knowledge.Meanwhile,starting to analyze the existing cultural services of shadow art in Shaanxi.And in the analysis,the user experience survey of the Shaanxi Huazhou international shadow puppetry cultural ecological park and Xi 'an Ming and Qing dynasty shadow puppetry art museum was mainly conducted.To construct four diffierent user models,which are novice,ordianry,expert,and artist,by practical field investigation and user demand analysis.Secondly,it analyzes the developing trend of the future to interaction experience about interaction experience platform,application scenarios,etc.,created a space experience strategy for shadow play culture service.It also combined with the four types of user model under the strategy and culture to create two types of service which could operated by two forms,the cultural experience service and cultural co creation service.So as to conduct step-by-step personalized service guidance for different user groups and needs.Then by using the method of situational interaction design to create and analyze the experience situation.By controlling the online and offline services to connect the front,middle and back stages of the whole service and the relevant interaction experience design in the service extension scenario to complete the conceptual design of the new media interaction experience platform of Shaanxi shadow play cultural experience service.Finally,it is concluded that the aspects of co-creation experience,online and offline virtual-real service scenarios,and the combination of voice and graphic interface will become the design points of the future shadow art in the development trend of new media interactive experience platforms.By influencing the entire shadow puppet culture service stage,the shadow puppet art will have meaningful memories and reflections with people in the interactive experience platform.People store these memories and share them in the form of stories to affect people's cultural life,thereby connecting with more people make connections in everyday life.
