Drug carrier cavities were fabricated on surface of 316 L stainless steel by the compound technology: molten salts electrodeposition/anodization.First,aluminum coating were fabricated on surface of medical 316 L stainless steel by the method of molten salt electroposition.The effect of electroplating parameters(current density,time and temperature)on the quality of aluminum coating(density,thickness and adhesion of aluminum coatings)was studied.And on this basis,micron drug carrier micropores were fabricated on surface of316 L stainless steel by the technologies of anodization.The effects of anodized parameters(voltage,time and temperature)on the shape,size and distributionwas of the micropores were studied.There are two aspects in this paper.On the one hand,the quality(density,thickness and adhesion of aluminum coatings)of aluminum coating obtained by different plating process on stainless steel surface was analyzed.The results show that:high density of aluminum coating can obtained on surface of medical 316 L stainless steel when the temperature is 160℃,the current density is 50 mA/cm2 and the plating time is 10 min,and the thickness of aluminum coating is about 10 μm,the purity of aluminum coating is as high as 98%.In addition,the temperature and current density are the main factors affecting the quality of the coating.On the other hand,the shape,size and distributionwas of the micropores obtained by different anodization process on stainless steel surface were analyzed.The results show that:aluminum coating on the surface of stainless steel is the decisive factor for the formation of micropores.When the anodization voltage and anodization temperature are small,the shape of the micro hole is a standard circle,and the size of the micro hole is between1μm~2μm.With the increase of anodization voltage and anodization temperature,the number of micropores increases gradually,the distribution of micropores is more uniform.When the anodization voltage oranodization temperature is large,the larger micropores are formed by the connection of small micropores,and the size of the micro hole is between 5μm~10μm,the shape of the micro hole becomes irregular polygon.When the anodization voltage oranodization temperature is constant,the anodic oxidation time will only affect the number of micropores.
